- Saturday March 7th – 9:30-10:30 – Sharon McReynolds with Medcon Benefits is going to speak on the IRS criteria in regards to subcontractor labor. If you are business that uses subcontract labor, you need to take provisions to protect yourself so that the IRS does not classify your contractors as employees and get penalized. This is a very important topic in our industry and I highly recommend you attend.
