Accommodations
We have reserved a block of rooms for Friday June 10th and Saturday June 11th at The Hilton in Waco, Texas. The room rate will be $155.00 per night plus applicable taxes. You will need to make your own reservations, make sure and tell them you are with the Texas Fence Association in order to get the discounted room rate. CUT OFF DATE TO RECEIVE THIS ROOM RATE IS MAY 26TH, 2016.

Friday 10th
5:00 – 6:30: Board meeting
6:30 – 7:30: Cocktails & Dinner
7:30 – 9:30: Dinner & General Meeting
Saturday 11th
9:00 – 2:00: TFA Fun Day at Anniversay Park. Entry fee will be $50 per person (BBQ lunch included). Sign ups will be in teams of 2. Games to include:
CORNHOLE
PASTURE POOL
TOILET LIDS
YARD DARTS
HUMAN HUNGRY HIPPO
Each team will play as many games as possible from 9am to Noon. The team with the most points will win the following:
1ST PLACE – $200
2ND PLACE – $150
3RD PLACE – $100
BBQ lunch will be available during this time.
