Meeting will take place at the Hilton Fort Worth from Friday December 5th through Saturday December 6th.
Dinner Tickets for Friday night – $70 each.
- In order to make your room reservations, you need to call 817-870-2100. Make sure and tell them you are with the Texas Fence Association so that you can get the discounted rate of $129.00 per plus applicable taxes.
- Friday December 5th – 5:30 – 7:00 – Board meeting
- Friday December 5th – 7:00 – 10:00 – There will be a buffet with desserts and a cash bar will be available. We are not planning any specific activities for this night, just food, drinks and conversation.
- Saturday December 6th – 10:00-11:00 – General meeting. We will have a few announcements and a speaker from Texas 811 who will be talking about underground damage prevention.
- Saturday December 6th – 12:00 – 4:00 – Ronald McDonald House in Fort Worth. We typically bring a few items for their pantry and do a few chores around the place to help them out.
- Saturday December 6th – 6:00 – ?? – Dinner at Joe T Garcia’s located at The Stockyards
