- Friday, September 12th – 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM – Board Meeting
- Friday, September 12th – 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM – Italian Buffet with Desserts and Surprise Group Activity
- Saturday, September 13th – 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM – Golf at Plum Creek Golf Course in Kyle (15 minutes from Hotel) and lunch will be provided to ALL golfers
